These systems have the characteristics of self-generation and self-consumption, with nearby usage. Today, we will introduce three types of rooftop distributed photovoltaic installation methods.
Concrete Foundation Installation
The installation methods can be classified into: prefabricated concrete foundations and direct poured foundations.
Based on size, they can be divided into: independent base foundations and composite base foundations.
Application range in distributed photovoltaic power stations: Concrete flat roofs.
Advantages: Strong load-bearing capacity, excellent resistance to flooding and wind, reliable stress distribution, no damage to the concrete roof, high strength, high precision, and simple, convenient construction that does not require large equipment.
Disadvantages: Increases the load on the roof, requires a large amount of reinforced concrete and labor, has a long construction period, and the overall cost is relatively high.
The composite base foundation, also known as a strip foundation, connects the front and rear supports into one unit, offering better load resistance. The connection method between the base and the support can be: bolted connection between the support and concrete base, or the support and concrete foundation can be poured together.
Clamp Installation
Materials used can include: aluminum profiles, hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.
Application range: Mainly used for color steel tile roofs and ceramic tile sloping roofs.
Characteristics: Lightweight, cost-effective, high reliability, and easy to install.
Support and Roof Adhesion Installation
The support is directly connected to the floor slab, and the base of the support is adhered to the roof using construction adhesive. Metal supports are embedded and glued directly to the roof.
